Casey -- We've returned from vacation. I wanted to follow up with you
to let you know how happy we were with Lou M. She was fantastic. First
of all, she persevered in finding us after a mix up with hotels. Then
when we she made it to us she started as soon as she walked in the
room. She had her suitcase of toys - and immediately started
interacting with the boys -- we were worried about leaving them but left
the hotel at ease after meeting Lou. The boys barely noticed we left --
normally unheard of. We just thought she was great and wanted to pass
that on.

By the way, I have to say Joyce
is FABULOUS with our children. Her bubbly
personality is a breath of fresh air every time she
enters our home. She not only makes my children
feel great, but also my husband and I. It's a great
feeling knowing we can leave our children
in such capable hands while we enjoy a night out.
Our daughter has been asking for "Ms. Joyce" to come
over in the evenings to play and read to her. I
