Fee Option Plans

Clients who hire a permanent household employee from Loving Arms, LLC are entitled to replacing said employee at no further charge, whether the employee resigns or is terminated.  The length of coverage time the client chooses determines the agency placement fee.

Nannies, Housekeepers and other permanent household staff:

PLAN A:

For a THREE MONTH coverage, our fee is equal to 8% of the gross annual income of the household employee. (Least Expensive)

PLAN B:

For a SIX MONTH coverage, our fee is equal to 10% of the gross annual income of the household employee. Includes a One Year Subscription to our VIP Babysitting Service, Premium Level. (Most Popular)

PLAN C:

For ONE YEAR coverage, our fee is equal to 12% of the gross annual income of the household employee. Includes a One Year Subscription to our VIP Babysitting Service, Premium Level. (Best Coverage and Value)
