Our nanny placements are tailored to your family's specific needs.  If you need care for your children for more than 10 hours a week (with the same caregiver), you need the help of a Nanny! Our placement procedure is quick and easy. Once you have completed our application, we will visit you in your home to go over the application and learn more about your family's needs. We will then send you the applicants who best suit your needs for interviewing. Once you have completed the interviews, you choose the nanny you wish to hire, set a start date and begin your journey as a nanny employer.

Our nannies range in age from 18 to 70 yrs old. They come from all walks of life and have many different childcare related backgrounds but, they have one thing in common, they all LOVE children. Our nannies are required to pass an extensive interview process, background screening and are required to have CPR and First Aid certification. Nannies working on the West Coast of Florida are making on average $13-$18 per hour. Some nannies may do basic light housekeeping, others may do more.
