What happens when a nanny moves on and has children of her own? Families not only get a qualified, experienced, mature nanny, but one that is also a Mom. A mom that shares the same empathy as the parent.  One that truly realizes what it is like to be a working mom, having to totally rely on another person. How many moms take a day off with a cold?
