Becoming A Caregiver
Thank you for choosing Loving Arms LLC, Nanny and Domestic Placement Agency. We understand that finding a long-term position with a caring and loving family is your goal. We also value those of you who wish to work on an occasional or part-time basis. From the beginning, we work with you to determine what you are looking to gain from your caregiving experience.
We understand the importance of the professional caregiver - having been professional nannies and now parents, Natalie and I know first hand what providing nurturing childcare is all about. We understand the importance of finding the right client and/or family with which to pursue your career. As the owners of Loving Arms, LLC we will support you from the beginning of the process, and we continue our relationship with you by keeping in contact with your progress through out your placement. We are here to support your personal and professional needs.
Caregiver Requirements: You MUST love Children and/or Senior Citizens!!
- At least one year of paid Caregiver experience
- Reliability and Responsible behavior
- 2 non-related Personal References
- 2 Experience Related References
- High School graduate or GED
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Caregivers must have own car, with full coverage auto insurance
- All candidates must be non-smokers
- Be willing to make a Commitment of 1 year
- Legal right to work in the U.S. We will NOT place illegal residents.
