How To Book A Babysitter

There is a 4-hour minimum requirement for all in-room sitter services.

• Contact your Local Office: Tampa Bay Area, Orlando, Sarasota, Ft Myers/Naples
• Our Loving Arms requests a minimum notice of 24 hours for booking a sitter. However, exceptions will be made based on sitter availability. We are eager to serve you and are usually able to fill last minute requests.
• There is a 6-hour cancellation policy for all advanced sitter reservations. If a family does not cancel at least 6 hours in advance, they will be billed for a full 4 hours.
• Our Loving Arms charges a flat rate of $22.50 per hour for the first two children. Additional children $2.00/hr.
• Families wishing to share a sitter will be charged an additional $25 service fee. Max 5 children per sitter.
• All major credit cards are accepted and a credit card number is required when reserving a sitter.
• At this time, Our Loving Arms ONLY accepts credit cards for payment for all Hotel/Vacation Babysitting Services.

Information About Our Sitters

• All of our sitters must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of two years of experience with verifiable references.
• Every sitter is meticulously screened (Social Security check, criminal check, child abuse and sex offender screening, DMV records, etc.).
• All sitters must have current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Sitters must successfully participate in additional quarterly trainings.

General Information

• The sitter will arrive at the hotel 15 minutes early.
•  Sitters are easily recognizable in their LA shirts.
• Many of our sitters are professional educators and many are bi-lingual.
• The sitter will have the client sign a release form authorizing her to seek medical attention in case of an emergency. The form also provides a space to indicate if it is okay for the sitter to take the children swimming or out of the room to a local park/museum.
• Our sitters will bring games, books, and other age appropriate activities for the children.
