Corporate Backup Childcare Program

As the leading Domestic Placement Agency in Florida, it is our goal to provide you and your employees with a Backup Childcare Program that is tailored to your needs. Employer-sponsored backup childcare programs such as ours generate a prevailing return on investment. By providing programs that allow your employees to get to work and perform to their full capacity, employers like yourself are not faced with the recurring costs of recruiting and retaining skilled employees. By driving down turnover, reducing absenteeism, and increasing productivity on the job, employers find that their dependent care programs are not only an investment in their employees, but also an investment in their continued business success. This type of program also helps position your organization as an employer of choice in an increasingly tight labor market.

Our membership levels are:

General Employee Membership for Babysitting Services: $250 per Employee. This service allows each enrolled family to use our exclusive VIP Babysitting as needed for: Daytime, Evening, Weekend and Overnight Care as well as Emergency Sitters for last minute needs.  Discounted Sitter’s rates start at $10/hr for one child, plus $1 more per additional child.  There is a 4 hour minimum.

All enrolled employees are also eligible for a 10% discount on hiring a permanent Nanny.
