Welcome and thank you for your interest in our agency. Loving Arms, LLC is a professional placement agency placing Full time, Part time and Temporary Nannies, Sitters, Housekeepers, House Managers, Pet Sitters, Personal Assistants, Personal Chefs, Senior Companions and much more with area families who need them. Criteria for all Domestic Staff: * Have a genuine love and respect for children and families * Be at least 18 years of age * Complete our application process * Pass our interview process, including background screening * Be CPR certified or have a willingness to obtain certification * Be First Aid certified or have a willingness to obtain certification * Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, College Preferred * Be willing to make a minimum commitment of One Year** (Permanent Nannies Only) * Have an excellent driving record * Have 2+ yrs verifiable child care experience * Provide a minimum of three non-related child care references * Provide a minimum of two personal references * Be in good general health with a statement from your doctor that you are healthy enough to have children in your care * Be a Non-Smoker, as well as Drug and Alcohol Free * Have reliable transportation with a clean driving record * Be willing to submit to random drug testing and alcohol testing * Be willing to attend Loving Arms, LLC Nanny and Babysitting Training and/or Staff Meetings Furthermore, all applicants must complete an extensive application and interview process including a background screening and possibly a Drug Test.
