FAMILY AGREEMENT

I have contacted Our Loving Arms, LLC to help me find an occasional babysitter.  Under the provisions of the Babysitting Registry program I understand that all reservations must be made through the agency and is based on availability of babysitters for the time of service.  I agree to pay the annual membership and/or booking fees in full based on service requested. I understand that Our Loving Arms will forward to me a contract to sign, and I will sign this contract before the any Babysitter begins working in my home.
